Dream High special concert

Hi sisters .... you know there was this special concert held in Seoul to commemorate the ending of the drama 'Dream High'. Btw, have you been following it? What do you think of Yong Joon's 'baby' - hehe, I mean the drama :)

All the young idols who played the main characters took part in the special concert. Undoubtedly, this was a hot ticket in town as each idol is already popular in his/her own right.

Who are you cheering for? Haemi, Jinguk, Samdong, Baekhee, Jason or Pilsuk? For me, I really like the 'Milky Couple' - Jason & Pilsuk, they are just sooooo adorable together @@

Anyway, what I am trying to say is - what a wonderful idea to have this special concert for the fans of the drama. Too bad our Yong Joon was not able to attend. DO check out the the footage of the concert in Xiaoyi's blog (thanks Xiaoyi!), especially Part 1 from minute 11:20 when Jason, OK Taecyon and JYP danced to MC Hammer's 'Too Legit to Quit'. Those trio are just super amazing dancers!

Dear Jaime:
Greetings on the beginning of Spring. It was nice to read you postings again.
Yes, I watched Dream High since January to March on YouTube. First, in its original Korean version. Then with English subtexts the day after. I even tried watching the Spanish and Vietnamese versions. I even read all the deconstruction critiques.
It is an awesome Korean TV drama with just the right amount and combination of elements. It has excellent production values. It is tasteful, positive and an agent of change.
The actors and actresses are amazing, the six young Idols and the six supporting cast. Park Jing Young is fantastic.
Congratulations to Bae Yong Joon, who is a Bodhisattva here, a guardian/teacher who gives up Nirvana to guide the young, both in the drama and in life.

Dear Hyds,

Nice to hear from you. How's your little prince doing?

Yes, I enjoy Dream High - the dancing and singing, even the love story, so cute. THis is different from the usual Korean drama.

Please take care, my best regards to your precious family.

Dear Josephine,

Very nice to hear from you again, it's been a long winter.

I agree with you, Yong Joon and Park Jin Young are very competent producers. The storyline is fresh, the cast is well chosen, elements of dancing and singing actually quite educational to me. This is a drama that you can see and learn something new, I respect Yong Joon's vision.

Hope we will hear more from him in the future. Please take care!
