White crane

Hi Hi sisters ......... I think we still have a hangover from the wonderful news of HRH's 2 upcoming events in Tokyo, eh? I heard some sisters are busy re-scheduling their personal plans, family plans, even business plans to accomodate our prince's appearances. It's like we have just woken up from a long restless night of sleep and suddenly realize we have a big date with the man of our dreams! Do we have enough time to get ready? Is anyone there to assume our roles while we are away? What's the probability of us getting our hands on those tickets?? As princess said, it's not easy being a Bae fan, huh? What touches me is the enthusiasm and deep love our sisters showed for Yong Joon. You push off plans, you re-arrange dates, you move mountains just hoping to catch a glimpse of him in person. Good luck dear sisters! We all need it :)

You probably have read that heartfelt article our Korean sister Gaeulsan wrote in defence of Yong Joon's honour. (No? Please go to Quilt Freeboard on post "Becoming a cultural icon"). She quoted an old Korean proverb - "White cranes don't go to where black crows play". Now I don't know much about Korean society and politics, but we all trust our prince who always has the purest and most sincere of hearts. After all these years, aren't you amazed at how virtually untouched he is by any impurities in this world? Yes, a man can act, but eyes do not lie. Just look at his eyes, they are so clear, so deep, so inquisitive - truly a white crane!

Hehe btw, are you curious about what he's doing? Some kind of pottery? Notice his hands are covered in mud? I love how he swung his necklace to the back, so it wouldn't get in the way while he's working :) Cool!

Dearest Jaime and Bae sisters:
Greetings on a white crane day!
I have always believed that Bae Yong Joon is a composite of Carl Jung's four aspects of lover, warrior, magician and king even in his person. He has already proven how much of a lover and warrior he could be in life and the cinema. Now, he is going through the magician/artistic stage, working out as a real artist, getting lacquer and mud in his own hands. He is like the magician Merlin in Camelot or Aragorn in Lord of the Ring. It is a life fulfilled he is sharing with the Family in Tokyo by September. It is a Good Life, for him and for us.

Dear Jaime

Is true because of meeting him all the families is doing whatever there can to make sure there are there to meet their one and only prince.

I heart fell out and feel sad to to read that article where certain quarters out there want to spoilt his image. Salute to sister Gaeulsan for doing a great job.

Anyway although i can't be there, I hope the event will be success and we will forever support him.

Take care and cheers

Jenny

Hi jaime,

I personally love a black turtle-neck sweater, and here's wuri Yon-sama in a black turtleneck sweater, what can I ask more? He really looks like an earnest apprentice!!

Dear Jaime,

I shoveled the news about YJ's new image in sep. events from your blog to Baidu without inform you in advance, do you mind?

I already talked with my hubby about the trip to Japan, and got a reluctant oooo...k, not because I'm chasing another man, because we already had two oversee trips this year, kind of too much for the third one, but I will try my best to make this trip happen.

Hope I will have a chance to meet you if I am lucky enough to come, but I am afraid you will be too busy at that time, there must be lots of baesisters want to see you as well, do not want taking too much of your time and energy too.

Dear Marce,

Please don't feel sorry to write how you feel. I am as shocked as you to learn about Michael Jackson's death when I woke up this morning. We mourn his sudden passing, but we can also choose to celebrate his music - which is brilliant.

Right now, many fans across the world gather on the streets to sing along to his music and talk to each other about their idol, it's the most positive therapy for mourning, don't you think? Please take care, huh?

Hi Jaime,
So sad to read what Gaeulsa wrote but, sometimes became a public person can wake up envy in others, but there is a great family to suport and love him.
And like you said He has the purest and most sincere of hearts.

Have a nice time,

Dear Josephine,

Yes, there is nothing more fulfilling for a person than being able to follow his/her dream. I am happy that our prince is pursuing his dream now, hehe despite the pressure from fans like me who stretches her neck so long to wait for his next drama :)

Dear jenny,

Yes, it's disturbing to hear news about people wasting their time trying to destroy other people. There are so many positive things we can do to make the world more beautiful. I am so glad that we love and support him and each other in our Bae family :)

hehe cloudnine,

our prince does look pretty dapper and slim in his black turtleneck, huh? I assume this is in Iwate museum, right? I remember he wore this sweater on the Shinkansen.

You think he will visit Kamakura for the famous lacquer art in september? just a wild speculation.

p.s. so nice to have our long chat yesterday :)

dear yudi,

hehe no problem, it's my pleasure that you share anything here. I read baidu and loveyongjoon from time to time and really enjoy the posts there. thanks!

I understand what you are going through. Afterall, it's not just a subway ride to the events. This is a long trip for overseas sisters, and the most uncertain part is, how can you make travel arrangement even before knowing you can get any event tickets or not?? Kind of a catch 22 situation, huh? Good luck, sis!

P.S. dear, if you come to the Land of the Rising Sun, it's my pleasure that you would like to meet with me, please let me know, ok?

Dear Jaime,

Yes, I will.

By the way, since I mentioned your blog on Baidu, some sisters there tried to read your blog but failed. I feel sorry that they do not have full access to the internet, and do not have a chance to see all the beautiful articles and pictures your posted here.

Hi Jaime

I totally agree with this line of yours: "Yes, a man can act, but eyes do not lie. Just look at his eyes, they are so clear, so deep, so inquisitive - truly a white crane!" I've never gone so deep with a celebrity before but with BYJ, I just know I can believe all that he says and represents. And I love him as the person he is, not just as a celebrity. His eyes are windows to his heart and his being.

Thanks yudi for mentioning my blog to the baidu sisters. So there is restriction to internet access in China? I meant to personal blogs outside of the country? I still have so much I don't know about China, hopefully I can go and visit soon. Thanks for the update.

Hi Jaime,

Apparently there is a restriction. I guess in this case the restriction is to the platform you are using for your blog.

There are countless natural attractions, historical sites and delicious foods in China, definitely worth a visit. Hope you will have a trip there soon.

Thanks yudi for the info, I understand now. Yes, China is definitely on my list to visit, but the country is so BIG and has so much to see! We probably need to join a tour to explore all the famous historical sites. Hehe, better do it while I can still walk :)
