Too cool to miss
Hi hi sisters ..... thanks for being so understanding. Some survey said moving is one of the top 5 stressful events in life. I believe this is especially true considering this is a 'half way around the world' move. From the outside, I think I still appear quite calm, but inside I am actually very confused. Not only that it's heart-wrenching to leave the country I love so much and the dear friends I've made here, but I have grim problems facing me back home (oh well, that's another long story). Eventhough hubby is quite an efficient man, but he is too busy to attend to every little detail. So it leaves 'this little obasan' to figure out the moving logistics which is a disaster, as I am definitely not a logical person.
This scene of Yong Joon running up the 'seemingly never ending' stairs really resonates with how I feel now - charging uphill in the dark, one step at a time, cautious but optimistic. Hopefully when I reach the top of the stairs, it's all smooth sailing and the road will be flat. Well, I only have one belief in my mind which is : If we can make it all the way over here, we can certainly make our way back home :) As long as our family is together, anywhere in the world is home to us. Oops, what am I doing? I should be packing now, why am I still blogging?! Hope you enjoy these captures .......

Hi Mikino,
Yeah, I guess the fact that he ran up that flight of stairs 30+ times without panting proved that he is in great shape. I am also happy that Yong Joon is in good health and enjoying his life.
Thanks for your comment.
cheers .... jaime
Hi Lenny,
Thanks for your kindness and I am sorry to just disappear like that. I think I am just the other way around : when I have too much in my mind that I want to write about, I get overwhelmed. Then I just retreat and not write at all, Wierd, am I? I hope you are also doing fine, please take care.

Hi Jaime
Thanks for the lovely captures, as usual from you. Love esp. the pouty pix. It seems he does that a lot during shoots and I suspect it's because it helps him relax his cheek muscles tired after smiling too much.
Really appreciate that despite your terrible busy packing time, you still find time to post. A sure sign of your great love for BYJ.
Pray that the move for your family back home will be smooth going and all that awaits you will work out fine for all of you eventually.

Hi Jaime,
Thank you for your spirit of entertaining us in this quietest time of 5 years of my fan time( seems like quilt was shut down. Was there any announcemet? I missed it?), and in this your busiest time.
I guess you had many boxes to ship which is full of YJ related stuff, huh? Of course you cannot leave them.
When I think of you ,you really are a lucky lady as YJ's sister. And leaving time is just fine, too, as long as I think it now.
Even though I live in Japan, it was not easy to go to Tokyo and attend events. And actually I don't like crowded place. In those times your blog was a great resource for me.
Now I'm thinking just to lead my life waiting calmly for YJ's next work,no rush.
Take care of yourself and have a safe trip home.
Love Yoko

Hi Yoko,
I feel very grateful to have the chance to experience so many Yong Joon's events in Japan. It is really a dream come true for me. Yes, it's very quiet now and I wish I had the time to keep blogging so my BYJ sisters have some Yong Joon related stuffs to read. Thanks to xiaoyi and suehan, who keep us updated on his news.

HI Jaime,
Thanks for the lovely screen captures of YJ.
How time flies and 2.5 years have flown by. I know that Moving is never easy esp when you have fallen in love with the country and the beautiful people and wonderful culture.
But, nevertheless, I wish you all the best and may the future be as wonderful as the time you had in Japan.
Like you, Japan will always have a special place in my heart and mind - treasured memories of Tokyo Dome events and YJ bringing us all together.
I am blessed to have been able to meet you. I do hope our paths will meet again soon.
Take care and All the best to you and your family.
As Yu Jin and Min Hyung said - Home is where your heart is!!
It is so true, nevertheless.
Saranghaeyo sis,
Lots love & Hugs,
Marilyn
p/s: I hope you'll continue to blog.

Hi jaime,
Im sure that you are so busy with the move, i feel sad cause you have to leave Japan, I really hope that everything is ok, and you have no stressful times. Have a nice trip,
I read that BYJ is working on the english version of the book, :). Hope to see you soon here, Take care and God Bless you dear sis.
Dear Jaime and Bae sisters:
Happy Independence Day. Or happy friendship day.
You are all too cool to miss, specially Jaime and her amazing blogs.
We all hope that you are settling well back home.
Sarang Hamnida,
josephine
Dear Jaime,
By this time you should be back already, right? Welcome home. I know how hectic it is for such a long move, I still remember how my whole family including my half year old little daughter slept on the floor in the empty house waiting for our furniture to come when we moved from Toronto to Calgary several years ago. You may be facing even more challenges than I was back then as you mentioned before, but no matter what the situation it might be, do not panic. I am sure everything will turn out to be fine not only because what we call “obstacles”, “difficulties” are usually not as insurmountable as they look like, but also because I know you are optimistic and strong in heart even if you appear to be tender and soft, just like wuri YongJoon. I like how you related your current situation with YJ’s new CF. Waiting for your good news.
love…yudi
Dear sister Jaime,
Are you O.K., hon? I miss seeing new postings on your site. It is one of my favorite blogs to read.
I also miss you. You have such a fresh perspective on the world; it is like seeing everything through new eyes, when I read your writings. Please, come back and write for us again.
Love,
Anna
hi jaime ,
Where estasssssss ?????????
I miss you and made you very much ....
I fervently hope you are well as your family.
Take care and hopefully we will soon hear from you.
Sincerely,
cecy lovingly.
Dear Jaime and Bae sisters:
Greetings on rainy July mornings.
We hope you and your family are well and settled back in Canada.
We miss your witty postings.
We are sending you and Bae Yong Joon who is also in America most positive thoughts.
Sarang Hamnida,
josephine
This is just to recall that Bae Yong Joon has contributed funding to neonatal nurseries. This is specially meaningful and relevant today because it has been found out that MDG 5, or maternal death during childbirth and neonatal death within 28 days of an infant's life, is the single biggest lag among the 8 MDGs.
It will take only 35 billion US dollars, or one tenth of one percent of the annual Global income of 35 trillion US dollars to narrow this financing gap of MDG 5.

Stand up, make noise and take action.
Hey Jaime,
I really miss you crazy, you have no idea. How are you? are you ok? im worried about you? It is a long time since i read about you, more than two months, I justa can pray for you and ask god everyday that you are ok. God bless you my dear sister. Hope to read about you soon.Love you very much, ok? take care.
Marce
