Hi dear sisters ....... Thank you for your warm comments on kinkan's drawings, they indeed cast a deep impression on me. Our handsome prince is still resting and laying low. Well, I guess we have to adjust our mindset a little that we will not be seeing (or listening) to him much until he works on the Winter Sonata anime. In the meantime, there will be many personal projects waiting for us to start on or hehe, many of his old dramas for us to re-watch :) Have you thought about how you will spend your BYJ time?
I did discover something really interesting and pretty relating to TWSSG yesterday and I'd like to share with you. We have seen the massive production sets from Jeju, the heavy costumes in Osaka but we have never looked at the jewellery and hair ornaments in TWSSG up close. I am very surprised at how delicate and detailed these ornaments are. The designs are actually chic and unique enough to be worn today! How do you like them?
First thing first, our Damdeok's @@
Next, the lovely Sujini's ~
There are a lot more beautiful ornaments from Kiha, Madam Yon, the Hwachun priest ..... Just a preview :

Dear Jaime:
It is just amazing that The Legend is perfect not only as a whole but in almost all and every detail, like costumes, armory and now jewelry. Again a reproduction of these jewelry pieces is a mine of good business, and during a time of inflation and recession at that. Everything that Bae Yong Joon touches turns into gold, into a blessing from God.
Have a nice day.

Beautiful
I did not know they were so detail, and yes they are so current that we can use them today.
It was a wonderful reserch and execution with these pieces.
It makes me admire their attention to detail even more.

Hi Josephine,
Me too, I am amzed at the details of these accessories. I guess TWSSG had a big budget that was set before the US recession. From the set to the costumes and the cast of actors, they did not skimp on anything. In a sense, the audience end up benefitting from this kind of excellent production.
Thanks for your comment.

Hi dear moontime,
There are still many more pieces that I want to post and the ornaments get more and more beautiful. Yes, I really think some of them are practical enough to be worn today :) Happy that you like them. Please take care!

Hi Jaime
Thanks for sharing these pictures. And would love to see more.
Did tried very hard to look at the hair ornaments that Damdeok wore in the show, but too difficult to see clearly.
I paid a lot of attention to his hair-do too. He definitely looks good in the different hair-styles.
The thought that Kiha gets a lot more different costume and ornaments occurred to me. Poor Sujini basically get stuck with very little changes, especially she is spotting short hair for most of the espisodes.
Again, thanks for sharing.
Cheers

Hi touched,
Welcome to my little home and thank you for leaving me a comment.
Hehe, you have been paying attention to Damdeok's hairstyle? Me too, Damdeok's hair, Damdeok's face, Damdeok's clothes ..... :)
Yeah, I agree with you. Sujini's look really isn't appealing, lucky that Lee Ji Ah is so pretty and cute. So I guess, you enjoy TWSSG eh?
FYI, I've posted the 2nd set of ornaments, hope you enjoy!
regards .... Jaime
Hi Jaime
I stumbled across your home one day and enjoyed your writing so much that I have regularly been coming back for more. ^-^
Yes, I enjoyed TWSSG very much (and that is an understatement)! In fact, I am pretty new to the family (just 2-3 months old).
Yup, saw the 2nd set, love them too. Amazed to see that the ornaments for some hair are multiple individual pieces. Wow!
cheers!
