Hi hi sisters .... the Japanese Golden Week has started today and this is like the busiest (and longest) holidays in Japan. Unlike in most parts of the world, Japan does not have Christmas Holidays, so a lot of people are taking this week to travel. Since we will be leaving in 2 months, we decide to stay put and enjoy our few precious moments here (even though I sooooooo wish to go to Seoul one more time), sob sob!
Hehe you remember he was wearing a pinstripes suit in Gosireh Fua opening, huh? I dig up this set of pictures of Yong Joon, also in pinstripes suit. Think it was back in 2003 Untold Scandal premiere in Korea? He really looks like a noble, walks like a noble, speaks like a noble and smiles like a noble! (haha, not that I know any nobles, but I've seen some on TV) Hehe that's why the media termed him - 贵公子 : ) Enjoy ......

Hi Jaime
Just look at him . . . he hasn't aged a bit. One thing I noticed, his dressing just got sharper over the years. Oh, I miss him soooo much . . .
In a way, sad that you will be leaving Japan in 2 months but I guess you should be excited about going home too. Which part of Canada do you reside in? My daughter may be there in Jan next year for a few months on an exchange programme, who knows, I might be able to meet up with you :)
cheers
alcy
Hi Lenny,
Japanese Golden week is basically a series of holidays that occur within a week's time. It consists of the Emperor's Birthday, Constitution Day, Boy's Day plus public holidays, thus make up the longest holidays in the year. It's really only a Japan thing, but since Japan's economy is so big and affects its neighbouring countries, so Korea, US and the Pacifics will also be expecting lots of tourists.
Hehe, I think no doubt the Sakura season is the most beautiful. The Fall color is also very stunning and attracts lots of viewers. But since I come from Canada and have seen fall color all my life, I love cherry blossoms :) Hope you will come to Japan to see Sakura someday!

Hi alcy,
It's wonderful to hear that your daughter will go to Canada for her study. In January? That's like freezing cold! Hehe, I live in Toronto. Is your daughter coming this way?

Hi Jaime,
Like you say BYJ looks like a noble, and i really miss him.
I have a friend who is son of japaneses, and he told me that it is the longest holiday in the year, and he said that a lot of japanese people come here to visit Uyuni(salt desert, Bolivia) and Machu Pichu (inca's ruins, Peru), it seems amazing just because we are in the other side of the world :O, an it is just one week. Wow they really have an adventurous soul,
I hope that you can enjoy this week with your family, take care sister.
God Bless you.
Marce
Hi Marce,
Sorry for the late reply. Wow, your country must be very beautiful. I know there are many Japanese tour groups travelling to exotic places in the world. Hehe, I also read that they are the most desirable tourists, right?
please take care!

Hi Jaime! I have been an avid reader of your blog for quite a while now and I always enjoy everything that you post, especially things about BYJ. Unfortunately, I can only read in English so I appreciate your blog and bb"s blog sooooo much Sadly, I could not enter bb's blog for the past couple of days. I don't know what to do. I'd appreciate it very much if you could enlighten on what to do.
Oh, by the way, may I just add that even if we haven't met, I feel that I know you maybe because of the things we have in common.
Thanks so much Jaime for taking the time to read this!
God bless!
Much love....B
