What a year!

Hi Hi dear sisters ...... Wow, before I realize, it's been a year already since we made our big move to Japan. It was exactly a year ago today (January 1) on a freezing morning that my family boarded a plane 1-way to Tokyo. I still remember I bid my aging parents goodbye with tears streaming down my face worrying if I will ever see them again. The 3 of us sitting all alone in the departure lounge, as if we were abandoned by the whole world. (Well, who in the right mind would travel on New Year's Day?) At that time, all ahead of us were uncertainties and unknown. I felt guilty that I was luckier than my husband and son. In my heart I also have Yong Joon and my dear Bae sisters; and for me, this is my biggest emotional support anywhere I go!

As the Face Shop slogan goes, the rest is just 'Natural Story'! We have since settled happily in Japan and Tokyo is our home now. Everytime when we travel abroad, we just can't wait to go home to Japan. I guess a home to us means its people, the love, warmth and peacefulness. Hehe, I know I sound like an old lady already and always repeating myself - thank you my dear Bae sisters, no matter where I am in the world, I am always grateful for the blessings to know about Yong Joon and all you beautiful sisters. Hope you are having a Happy Holidays with your family :) Love

HIHIHI Jamie,

Happy New Year to you...good to know that u r back to Tokyo in one piece...actually, have not been to Hong Kong b4 but heard a lot of exciting stories from my friends who had the chance to explore Hong Kong...maybe thru your photos, i can dream on visiting Hong Kong, hehehehe....
on the other note, celebrating new year, nothing much to celebrate really, Jamie....all i did was watching the MBC clip on HRH again and again and again....and not forgetting watching WS, TWSSG, just to see him in action....

Hi Hi Jenny,

Thanks for writing to me. Yes, I am the same. Without Yong Joon, I'd have never known so many wonderful human beings in this world. Glad to know you too!

Hi Hi Layla,

You are so lucky! I honestly feel that the best way to spent this long Holidays is to watch Yong Joon's dramas over and over again. I silently pray that I will be able to do that someday when I return to Canada. Have fun watching and share with us your thoughts please.

Hehe, I wasn't thinking of sharing my Hong Kong trip as it is very family-oriented. But since you mention, maybe I'll choose some nice pics of Hong Kong and write about the fun stuffs. Thanks for giving me an inspiration.

Hi hi moontime,

Thanks for writing to me. I also hope you and your family will have a great and successful year ahead.

Thanks also for spending this very challenging and rewarding past year with me. I think without my wonderful BYJ sisters like you being here for me, I may not have such a smooth emotional ride in Japan. All the best to you!
